With our smokehouse in Thornham, we can offer some of the best smoked fish you’ve ever tasted, and with Brancaster and Wells close by we have shellfish that is of the highest quality possible. In our kitchen here in Burnham we make the fishcakes, pates, and sauces that keep the village going.
